There will be a delivery fee on all orders.
Setup fees could be added to the table and chair rentals. Each event is different, so please call to ask about our setup services.
Please have all tables and chairs in one location and stacked up. Please do not use tables as walk way or flooring.
If Pope Event Rentals has to pickup on Saturday after 5:00 PM or on Sunday, an overtime fee my be charged to you. If we can pickup on Sunday Morning no extra charge will occur.
A 25% non refundable down payment is needed to secure your order.
We ask, if possible, that someone be present at the time of delivery to make sure all items are accounted for. This will help make sure your order is correct and your event is ready to go.
